SevenFriday M2-2

The rise of the SevenFriday watch company has been nothing short of spectacular. Since making its debut in 2014 the privately-owned upstart brand has connected with its target audience with an efficiency like no other, and already has a huge youthful cult following, thanks to its ultra cool designs, viral brand image, value and accessibility.

As part of the SevenFriday M-Series the SevenFriday M2-2 revisits the novel handless, disc based ‘digital’ watches last popularised in the early 1970s, but breathes new oxygen into the mix with contemporary design and funky, multi-dimensional execution, and a popularity of this horological curio not seen a generation ago.

The impressive 47mm stainless steel case has been finished in a sandblasted grey PVD coat, with rose gold PVD crown and detail; a really eye-catching colour combination which continues throughout the M2-2.

Three individual rotating grey discs display the fully exposed hours, partially exposed minutes and central seconds, and are read when the gold numerals align with the gold ‘fixed hand’ which carries the SevenFriday motif at the centre of the dial.

The underside reveals the lugless strap seats and the rose gold PVD caseback which sports an etched ‘infographic’ style spec sheet, SevenFriday motif and impression of the balance wheel whose energy comes from the trusty Miyota 8215 automatic self winding movement beating within.

It is presented on a brown calf leather strap with steel PVD tang buckle.

The SevenFriday M2-2 is a really cool lifestyle watch, and like its siblings it breaks the mould in terms of what you get for your money, and at The Limited Edition we are pleased to offer this fabulous watch, brand new, unworn and complete with official SevenFriday warranty and ‘Fresh off the Press’ stamped wooden crate.
