The Limited Edition – Returns

All The Limited Edition online purchases have a 14 days return policy. The item and all packaging must be returned to the sender in the original brand new condition. Any damage to the watch on arrival needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the watch. We ask that the item is sent back in an unworn, sellable condition. All returned items will be inspected on arrival and, if found to have been damaged, there will be an additional charge for any necessary refurbishment or work.
The Limited Edition will cover the cost of the return as well as the item insurance for orders over £3,000. The purchaser will cover the cost of the return and the item insurance for orders under £ 3,000. In this case, customers are liable for any return postage costs and must ensure that the item is fully insured. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
