The Supersede Date Cenote Blue by Swiss independent watch company Horage is a contemporary sports watch with a 200m/20 ATM water resistance. It features a blue dial with sunray effect and applied facet-cut hour indices and stainless steel hands, with blue glow Super LumiNova inserts and an orange sweep seconds hand with luminous accent, providing uncompromised legibility in low light conditions. The display also features a date window at the three o’clock position, with black numerals on a white background.
The Supersede Date Cenote Blue is presented in a round case which is manufactured in 904L stainless steel with a brushed finish, and measures 39.5mm across and 10.28mm tall. The unidirectional bezel has a highly tactile notched perimeter and features a single luminous triangle at the twelve o’clock position, while the fluted screw-in crown is protected by steel shoulders on either side.
The watch is presented on a stainless steel link bracelet, with a folding clasp which also features the Horage HMAC; a 10mm micro adjustment system, which allows the bracelet to be adjusted without tools in 1mm increments. The bracelet is available with either brushed or polished centre links, and a wide range of coloured rubber straps with stainless steel pin buckles are also available to order.
The Supersede Date is powered by the Horage K2 self winding movement which can be viewed through the sapphire exhibition caseback. A state of the art mechanism, it is fully designed, developed and manufactured in-house, and features a silicon hairspring, escapement and anchor, as well a micro rotor, which is available in gold plated tungsten as standard, or with Pt950 platinum as an upgrade option. Boasting a power reserve of a minimum of 72 hours, it is calibrated to C.O.S.C. official chronometer accuracy and runs at a frequency of 3.5Hz (25,200 vib/h).
A highly technical, durable and practical sports watch from one of the most innovative and progressive young independent brands in the watch industry, the Horage Supersede Date Cenote Blue is available for a limited time at an early bird offer of CHF4,900, and CHF5,500 thereafter.
