Sartory Billard SB07 Ghost Grail Edition a 15-piece limited series that embodies the brand’s most radical take on the integrated steel sports watch, defined by a flawless mirror-polished finish extending across case, bracelet, and dial. At its heart is the La Joux-Perret G100 automatic calibre, a 4 Hz movement with hacking seconds, direct drive centre seconds, and a 68-hour power reserve. The calibre is fitted with a customised sapphire rotor, bordered by a fluted titanium ring with a concealed tungsten mass, providing near-complete visibility of the three-quarter plate movement architecture, decorated with perlage and Geneva striping. It's stainless steel case measures 40mm in diameter, 48mm lug to lug, and 10.65mm thick, with water resistance to 100 meters. Its three-part construction incorporates microblasted bezel notches and recessed flanks to break verticality while retaining uninterrupted mirror polishing across visible surfaces. The integrated bracelet follows the same aesthetic with polished H-shaped links and bevelled edges, contrasted by a satin-finished underside for comfort, secured with a polished deployant clasp. An additional integrated rubber strap with a polished first link is also supplied.

The dial is executed in mirror-polished stainless steel, achieved through a labour-intensive multi-stage polishing process that required 170 dials to produce 15 flawless examples. Sandblasted recesses are protected with lacquer during refinement, and final finishing yields a distortion-free reflective surface. Overlaid with a sapphire disk carrying a Super-LumiNova minute track, the dial features applied baton indexes and luminous hands to ensure legibility despite its high reflectivity. The SB07 Ghost Grail Edition demonstrates extreme attention to assembly, requiring dust-free finishing to preserve the integrity of its reflective surfaces. On the wrist, it shifts character with light conditions, alternating between bold clarity and enigmatic subtlety, blurring the line between functional timepiece and horological artwork.
