Introducing the first ever skeletonised timepiece to the portfolio of this prestigious watchmaking name, the Favre Leuba Chief Skeleton Steel watch is presented in a 40mm stainless steel cushion shaped case with a height of 11.75mm which is decorated with brushed and polished techniques. The 1970s vibe of the housing is complemented by the strikingly modern arrangement of the skeletonised automatic Manufacture calibre FLS01. Rendered a resplendent 18ct gold finish, the movement operates at 28’800 vib/h with power reserve of 41 hours and was developed in collaboration with the renowned AMT Manufacture. Defined by clean lines with horizontal finishing on the geometric bridges and with the balance and mainspring barrel showcased on the dial side, the calibre is equipped with a skeletonised 18ct gold Favre Leuba rotor which can be appreciated through the rear sapphire crystal. Applied hour markers and a scale for the minutes rest on the flange which is available in options of green, blue or black, with the time indication elements including the faceted hour and minutes hands featuring a liberal coating of C1 X1 SuperLuminova which emits a blue glow in poor light conditions. An effortlessly stylish piece, the sporty character of the Chief Skeleton watch is affirmed by its robust water resistance of 100m, and the model wears on integrated FKM rubber strap featuring an easy-change mechanism and an engraved stainless steel buckle.
