Crafted in 18kt white gold the Blue Velvet is adorned with 12 bespoke sapphires as numerals, which are hand set amongst the best quality Ideal Cut round brilliant diamonds. Carlton House was the palatial London townhouse of the Prince Regent for four decades from 1783, a gift from his father George III to celebrate his coming of age. This history is the inspiration for this elegant timepiece as the private apartments of the then Prince of Wales was The Blue Velvet Suite.
