Limited to only 99 pieces, and featuring a beautifully executed enamel dial, the Wave Blue watch by independent watch creator ArtyA brings métiers d’art craftsmanship to its divers watch collection.

Entirely handcrafted, the dial of the watch is manufactured in grand feu enamel and its rippled surface captures with extraordinary realism, the mesmerising undulating waves one sees upon casting a stone into water. Exhibiting astounding depth and beauty the enamel-work has a three-dimensional aspect so that the hour markers offer the illusion of being elevated above its glossy surface. Standing out against this stunning backdrop, the markers and hands are cleanly styled and with a liberal coating of Swiss BGW9 Super LumiNova their vivid blue glow ensures that the time display is clear and legible even in low light conditions, while a date aperture at the 3 o’clock position completes the dial.

The casing is of stainless steel with a smooth satin finish, and is sized at 43mm across with a height of 14mm. Uniquely, it is fitted with a unidirectional rotating bezel in steel whose edge has the form of a wave motif, and it features a blue ceramic insert, all of which add significant character to the model.

Sealed to a water resistance of up to 300 metres, with a screw-down solid steel caseback, featuring the engraved motif of a shark's jaws, the Wave Blue has a guarded crown inspired by the form of a submarine hatch. Within, the exclusive Aion COSC certified automatic Swiss movement has a power reserve of 42 hours, beating at 28’800 vib/h, and is beautifully decorated with Côtes de Genève and with Rose Gold NAC.

An exclusive and highly individual piece, with only 99 examples being produced, the Wave Blue by Artya is presented on a rubber strap, secured with a stainless steel pin buckle inspired by the shape of a drop of water.
