Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT GoodPlanet 600M

Since making its debut in 2007, the Omega Planet Ocean has quickly become a hugely popular collection among watch enthusiasts and professionals alike. Its handsome good looks are complemented by its exacting build quality and its practicality as a serious piece of kit either on or in the water.

The Planet Ocean GMT GoodPlanet was created to raise awareness and funding for projects which protect the endangered marine habitat for several species in the oceans of South East Asia, but rarely has supporting a good cause looked so impressive.

The contrasting orange of the GMT/second timezone numerals and detail against the deepest blue dial and on the bi-directional rotating bezel is particularly effective. Legibility is excellent in light or darkness, thanks to the generous application of powerful Super LumiNova on the Broad Arrow hands, the applied steel hour indices, on the tips of the seconds and GMT indicator as well as the zero reference on the bezel.

Encased in a 44mm stainless steel case with helium release crown at the 10, it packs a lot of presence, and although a hefty piece, still wears very comfortably on the wrist. With a 2000ft/600m water resistance rating the Planet Ocean is prepared for an active life and not afraid to get its feet wet.

A transparent exhibition caseback provides a view of the beautifully finished rotor and movement plate and bridges of the Omega Cal. 8605 self-winding Co-Axial chronometer certified movement.

It is presented on a satin stainless steel link bracelet with folding clasp.

The Planet Ocean GMT GoodPlanet is one of Omega’s most visually striking pieces, and at The Limited Edition we are pleased to offer this fabulous watch, brand new, unworn and complete with official Omega warranty, cards, booklet and packaging.
