Midnight Blue Platinum

The H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Midnight Blue Platinum edition redefines how a Perpetual Calendar should look. From its conception, the innovative design team at H. Moser have given thoughtful consideration to ease of use. In short, they have simplified the complex, and by doing so have added to its beauty.

Although this model features a wealth of indications, at first glance the stunning midnight blue dial is a vision of quiet serenity.
The Perpetual Calendar arrangement of this model dispenses with the need for the subdials which are generally used to display the various calendar indications.

Instead, a generous date window marks the day of the month, while a chubby little arrow-tipped central hand tracks the months using the indices as month markers. By taking a fresh approach, this simple solution to calendar indication maintains the clean styling which is synonymous with H. Moser.

The 40.8mm Platinum case houses some exceptional watchmaking technology. The patented “Flash Calendar” has been designed to make an instantaneous change at midnight. In fact, the transformation occurs so quickly that if you blink, you might miss it. The mechanism has been designed to be blissfully easy to use. The date can be set either forwards or backwards at any time, without causing ruinous damage. Adjustment is via the crown, which leaves the gently sculpted profile of the case free of any unnecessary pushers.

The in-house HMC 341 calibre incorporates a mechanical memory, which counts the days, skipping any unnecessary dates. When a leap year occurs, it is acknowledged via a star-shaped wheel on the movement side.

A glimpse through the curved sapphire caseback is rewarded with a view of the impeccably hand-finished calibre. Integrated within its hand-decorated components is H. Moser’s innovative interchangeable escapement, and a precision-enhancing original Straumann Hairspring® with stabilised Breguet overcoil.

Double barrel construction ensures that there is enough energy to power the date window while maintaining a reserve of up to 7 days, displayed via the up/down display on the dial at the 9 o’clock position.

The H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Midnight Blue Platinum comes presented on a Black alligator strap and is limited to 10 pieces

At the Limited Edition, we love how the simple elegance of the stunning midnight blue dial of this model is at odds with its complex inner mechanics.

H. Moser’s innovative Perpetual Calendar is such a revolutionary design that it has often been termed the “Original Swiss Smartwatch”. We wholeheartedly agree, this timepiece really is rather clever indeed.
