Cartier Clé de Cartier Ladies in 18Kt pink gold with diamonds
The Limited Edition are pleased to offer the magnificent Clé de Cartier ladies wristwatch, encased in polished 18Kt pink gold with a diamond set bezel, and presented on gold link bracelet.
Launched to global acclaim in 2015 the Clé de Cartier is a sensuous marriage of graceful flowing lines and long lived classic Cartier signatures, in its arcing cushionesque case whose contours seem as if they had been fashioned by nature herself. Little wonder then that Clé de Cartier has quickly become the must have accessory for the most discerning and sophisticated wrists for clients around the world.
At Cartier an entirely new production design does not happen often, and for the Clé de Cartier, its design has been evolved to perfection over several years of uncompromising development and refinement, to become this gorgeous wrist caressing watch. Inside too a completely new in house manufacture self winding movement makes its debut appearance.
Clé de Cartier takes its name from the ‘key’ which Cartier have invented in a unique and engaging interpretation of the crown and how it functions. With its superbly integrated deep blue sapphire, a gentle twist of the Clé (key) releases it from its locked position, allowing the setting of time and date with ease before disengaging as it is twisted back into position.
Beneath the sapphire crystal the round dial could only be Cartier, with its blue roman numerals and blued steel hands on a silvered dial with sunray guilloché decoration. To minimalize its effect on the dial’s aesthetics the date window is positioned low replacing the VI.
Of all versions, it is the spectacular 35mm pink gold with a row of diamonds around its bezel which is the most opulent in the collection. The polished gold case is visibly curved and it hugs the wrist with comfort. The underside is dominated by the sapphire exhibition window which reveals Cartier’s new in house 1847 MC manufacture movement. The oscillating weight spins above mirror polished screws and the deep Côtes de Genève striped bridges.
The bracelet is finished with polished gold links straddling a central row of satin brushed links, and locks down with a folding deployant clasp.
